12 ha of vineyards for sale in Jeruzalem, one of the best and most famous wine-growing areas in Slovenia, near the towns of Ljutomer and Ormož on the Slovenian Wine Route. The wine-growing areas are made up as follows:

The grape yield is currently 30,000 kg. The grape varieties grown include Šipon/Furmint, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, as well as Riesling and Sauvignon. The vineyards are tended according to the highest quality criteria. The grapes are processed in a Slovenian winery on the basis of normal performance accounting and are vinified into high-quality white wines that have achieved remarkable success in the trade press, in competitions and in trade.
In case of pure investment interest, a long-term lease can be taken over as an option. If interested, the purchase of a strategically located building for future on-site wine production and marketing as well as the use or takeover of the traditional brand can be negotiated.
