Owners get full market rent from a high quality Tenant, with a potential buyer in place. Better yet, if the tenant buys it, the Owner pays 0% Sales Comission, saving thousands!

Tenants are able to move into the home they hope to buy, before they do, with the security of a good quality landlord. The Adjoin Option Agreement is put in place, setting out how and when they can purchase! We provide resources to all Aspiring Owners to help them prepare for homeownership. A real win-win scenario.
