Our team consists of James Duggan, Managing Director of the business whom has worked within the property industry on sales and lettings since 2005. Starting with working for one of the biggest corporate agencies within the UK and moving onto director position for a local family firm, James then set up a residential lettings business with a local established name within the Northampton town for 5 years before setting up Eagle Estates Northampton Ltd. As a fast expanding property agency, we aim to provide our clients a service which means selling your home at a price that meets your needs, carefully negotiating the terms and sensitively handling the transaction through to completion, managing your portfolio from one to many homes, organising any documentation relating to HMO properties both inside and outside the Article 4 legislative zone including consultancy work, carrying out electrical, gas, EPC, legionaries and other certification as required.
