Fresh Estate & Letting Agents was formed by company directors Matthew Wiggall & Dean Brain and first opened its Uplands showroom in April 2011. Matthew and Dean both previously worked for top local agents and gained good reputations locally for their quality of work and for getting results. “Opening this business was a natural step for us both and a decision we have never looked back on. We both have a passion for property and delivering great customer service, so we wanted to use this along with our combined 29 years of experience in property to deliver a first-class property service. We started the business with just a brand and with no properties to our name in difficult market conditions. Fast forward to present day and we are immensely proud to have a thriving property business recognised for its strong Property Sales department, Residential Letting Department and being a leader in the busy Student Letting market.
