Zoopla.co.uk, the UK's fastest growing property website has added another string to its bow by introducing Google Street View to its website, now allowing users to not only view what every property in the country is worth but also what the property and the surrounding area looks like.
Further reinforcing its position as the UK's leading residential property market resource, Zoopla.co.uk now provides users with the most complete picture of homes and neighbourhoods in the UK by offering street level imagery alongside properties for sale/rent, current home values, sold prices and local information. This new feature supplements the bird's eye and aerial property views already available on Zoopla.co.uk, giving users the ultimate tool for their property market research.
Zoopla.co.uk, which provides free value estimates on all 27 million UK homes as well as over 15 million sold price records along with hundreds of thousands of properties for sale/rent across the UK, is now a step closer to delivering the ultimate resource for buyers, sellers, owners and agents to gain an insight into the market.

Our value estimates are calculated using a proprietary algorithm (a secret formula) that we have developed by analysing millions of data points relating to property sales and home characteristics throughout the UK. The algorithm works by comparing relationships between home prices, economic trends and property characteristics in given geographic areas. Our estimates are constantly refined, using the most recent data available from public sources combined with our proprietary used-generated data and a variety of statistical methodologies, in order to provide the most current information on any home.
