Zoopla.co.uk to sponsor 2011 ESTAS

Zoopla.co.uk has been revealed as the headline sponsor of the 2011 ESTAS: The Estate and Letting Agent Awards, which are specifically designed to recognise agents for the standard of customer service they provide to their clients.
The ESTAS are unique in the property industry as the only awards voted on by the customers of estate/lettings agencies across the UK. Last year, over 19,000 individual votes were cast, providing valuable feedback to over 400 agent offices who use the awards to increase loyalty, attract new clients, motivate staff and most importantly find out what clients think about their service.
The 2011 awards ceremony will take place on Friday, April 15th 2011 at the prestigious London Hilton Hotel on Park Lane and will be hosted by TV property personality, Phil Spencer. Entry to the awards is now open and the submission deadline for agents is 31st December 2010 with the public voting continuing up to 1st February 2011.

After the 1st February voting deadline a shortlist of the top 10 sales and lettings agents in 14 regions around the country will be drawn up and awarded Gold, Silver or Bronze places. Individual offices will compete in each region together with categories for larger chains including: Best Small Chain, Best Medium Chain, and Best National Chain. Two offices will also win the Grand Prix Awards for Best Agent in the UK for sales & letting and every winner will receive a famous ESTA trophy.
