Alto launches simplified training offering for agents

19th September 2023

Alto, the leading cloud-based software for agents and part of Houseful, has enhanced its training offering for estate and letting agents.

Alto customers can now access an overview of Alto training via its website, choose from an expanded training offering for their branch and self-serve the booking of their training. Alto training is also now divided into three clear options.

  1. Alto Essentials: designed for branches and their staff that have recently joined Alto, this includes eLearning courses in the learning hub, a ‘Welcome to Alto’ webinar and Alto foundations which covers the basics of using Alto - from initial log-in through to creating a contact or property record and progressing a sale or let

  2. Alto Innovations: keeps experienced Alto users up to date with new features, updates and integrations. This can be accessed through monthly Alto Insider webinars, newsletters and the software’s innovation hub, Alto Agenda

  3. Alto custom training: this paid offering can range from an Alto ‘health check’ with a dedicated expert, bespoke one to one or team training, or advanced training on topics like accounts or property management for specialists looking to further improve their knowledge

All of these training options are underpinned by Alto’s best in class Help Centre which is updated daily and provides over 600 how-to articles and user guides. Alto customers can also use the help centre to raise support queries.

The launch of Alto’s simplified training offering also coincides with the launch of a streamlined and more efficient booking system. To book a custom training session, Alto customers can now simply visit the Alto website - select their slot of choice and pay with it online using their credit card details.

Riccardo Dawson, Chief Operating Officer at Alto said: “We know that investing in training is the best way for any agent to get the absolute most from their CRM. We’re delighted to dial up our training offering to ensure agents not only are set up for success when they join Alto - but also have the opportunity to expand their knowledge of Alto and its latest features and functionality at a time that’s convenient for them.”

Ian Richardson, Owner at Whitehouse Lettings said: “Alto’s training content is well put together, with clear information that was easy to follow. I also appreciated that I could do the training at a time that fitted around my schedule.”

Hello. We're Zoopla. A property website and app.

We know you're not just looking for a place to live. You're looking for a home.

Yeah, we've got over a million properties for you to browse.

Tools that let you filter them in all kinds of clever ways.

And reliable house price estimates, so you can be sure you aren't paying over the odds.

Because that first flat won't just be a 'great investment opportunity'.

It'll be the feeling of starting out on your own.

That extra bedroom won't just mean another £20K on the re-sale price, it'll mean having your sister over to stay.

And that bungalow won't just be a way to release some equity, it will be a chance to spend more time with the grandkids.

We know that searching for a home is about more than just checking its price, location and features (important as all those things are).

What really matters is how it makes you feel.

We know what a home is really worth.

So let us help you find yours.
