Leading Bristol agent Ocean joins Zoopla to leverage portal and software advantage

Zoopla, the UK’s most comprehensive property destination, is pleased to announce that Bristol-based agent, Ocean, has signed a two-year portal and software contract.
Ocean is Bristol’s largest independent estate agent and has specialised in sales, lettings and property management in the city for over 35 years.
All eleven of Ocean’s branches will list on Zoopla, while sales employees will also have access to Alto as part of the agreement, creating a cost efficient ecosystem for Ocean, setting them up for further success now and in the future, allowing them to build on their marketing leading position.
Central to the partnership will be harnessing Zoopla’s ability to connect Ocean to local homeowners and landlords who are considering listing their property for sale or rent.
The partnership will enable Ocean to build a bigger pipeline of new vendors and landlords, by providing market leading data on what their home is worth. Meanwhile, Zoopla's cloud-based CRM software Alto will keep Ocean's agents connected with these vendors and landlords throughout their selling journeys.
