Zoopla, the UK’s most comprehensive property destination, has welcomed back Farrell Heyworth. One of the leading agents in the North West of England. Farrell Heyworth has immediately listed over 2,000 properties from its seven branch hubs with the portal.
The news that Farrell Heyworth has decided to rejoin Zoopla comes after Zoopla reported branch numbers were at a three year high with over 18,000 branches and new home sites choosing to partner with the portal.
By returning to Zoopla, Farrell Heyworth will be in prime position to capitalise on the busiest property market in the run up to Christmas for over a decade. Despite the 50 day market closure in England at the start of the first lockdown caused by Covid, the sales pipeline is now 50% larger than this time last year, with 100,000 sales set to spill over into Q1 of 2021.
