Ryder & Dutton and Mortimers join Zoopla as part of new long-term agreement with Northern Estate Agencies Group

Zoopla is pleased to announce a new long-term contract with Northern Estate Agencies Group, which encompasses the 46 branches of Manning Stainton, Mortimers and Ryder & Dutton.
Building on its long-term successful partnership with Manning Stainton - its sister brands Mortimers, which is based in Lancashire and Ryder & Dutton - which spans across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Yorkshire and Derbyshire - will join Zoopla and improve their capabilities to reach new buyers and renters as a result.
The group will benefit from a bespoke Platinium package on Zoopla which includes everything in Zoopla’s Gold package, alongside Weekly Featured Properties and Premium Listings.
Zoopla will be looking to support The Northern Estate Agencies Group with its ambitions for the coming year - which includes further plans for growth - as well as continuing to deliver return on investment and customer support to the portfolio of brands. The partnership will also further improve Zoopla’s coverage of listings in the North of England.
