The Acorn Group returns to Zoopla

2nd October 2020

  • All of Acorn’s physical branches, which include leading brands John Payne and Langford Russell, will return to Zoopla from 1st October 2020

  • The physical branches will be complemented by Acorn’s new homes division, alongside Unique - its premium brand - amounting to 40 branches listed on Zoopla

  • The new partnership follows news of Zoopla’s 2% growth in its customer base year on year, following its £30 million investment in providing free portal usage during lockdown

Zoopla, the UK’s most comprehensive property destination, has welcomed the return of The Acorn Group, one of south London and Kent’s leading agent brands, to the portal. Acorn’s return to Zoopla follows the portal’s continued drive to improve the number and quality of leads it provides to agents, to add value and a tangible return on investment at all times, as well as its commitment to deliver best in class customer service and success for the long term.

Commenting on The Acorn Group’s return, Zoopla’s Chief Commercial Officer Andy Marshall said: “The Acorn Group is a figurehead and thought-leader for the industry that is recognised widely for its acumen and incisive approach to business.

“With our laser focused, bespoke approach to customer success, we look forward to supporting Acorn as it sets new benchmarks in growth and realises its exacting ambitions.

“We are delighted that Acorn has chosen to partner with us, and we look forward to cementing our relationship for the long term.”

Acorn Group CEO Robert Sargent said: “The key behind the decision to return to Zoopla revolved around a desire to build a genuine working partnership with the businesses portal suppliers and Zoopla appear to be demonstrating
