Zoopla.co.uk continues to build on recent momentum

- Zoopla.co.uk listed as #2 UK property site for second month running in January -According to the latest data from independent website traffic monitoring firm Nielsen, Zoopla.co.uk was once again the second most-visited property website in the UK in January.
The Nielsen (Source: MediaTel/UKOM) figures place Zoopla.co.uk in the #2 position behind Rightmove but ahead of any of the TDPG websites. Zoopla attracted a unique audience of 1,923,000 users in January compared to 3,599,000 for Rightmove, 1,619,000 for Findaproperty and 1,048,000 for Primelocation.
Zoopla is also reporting a significant increase of over 25% in the number of advertisers (estate agents and developers) on its website during the last 12 months, having secured contracts in the last few months with key agents including Arun Estates, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward and Badger Holdings (Townends / Regents) as well as leading developers including Barratt, Miller and Redrow.
