Zoopla.co.uk set for national TV push in January

29th November 2010

Following the successful launch of its first national TV ad campaign in late summer, leading property portal Zoopla.co.uk will be returning to the small screen in January to help its member agents take advantage of the peak house-hunting season.

As part of its aggressive marketing strategy for 2011, the multi-channel TV campaign will include prime-time slots across ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and the Sky digital channels and will be part of a larger multi-million pound campaign including a variety of other advertising media.

Zoopla.co.uk saw a 23% increase in visitors to its website and a 26% increase in leads sent to its member agents from its first TV campaign and expects the upcoming campaign to perform even better as its brand awareness continues to grow.

Alex Chesterman, Founder and CEO of Zoopla.co.uk said: “Having grown our agent membership base and market share impressively over the past year, we are looking to re-invest very heavily over the coming months to ensure that we are maximising the enquiries and exposure that we provide to our members. We now deliver tens of thousand of leads daily to our member agents across the UK and we will continue to invest whatever it takes to build Zoopla into a household name and become the most effective online marketing partner for our members.”

About Zoopla

Hello. We're Zoopla. A property website and app.

We know you're not just looking for a place to live. You're looking for a home.

Yeah, we've got over a million properties for you to browse.

Tools that let you filter them in all kinds of clever ways.

And reliable house price estimates, so you can be sure you aren't paying over the odds.

But we know you're looking for more than that.

Because that first flat won't just be a 'great investment opportunity'.

It'll be the feeling of starting out on your own.

That extra bedroom won't just mean another £20K on the re-sale price, it'll mean having your sister over to stay.

And that bungalow won't just be a way to release some equity, it will be a chance to spend more time with the grandkids.

We know that searching for a home is about more than just checking its price, location and features (important as all those things are).

What really matters is how it makes you feel.

We know what a home is really worth.

So let us help you find yours.
